Research subjects span ODA evaluation at MOFA, WPS (Women, Peace and Security) National Action Plan evaluation, administrative program review at the Administrative Evaluation Bureau (MOHA), local government policy evaluation, science and technology innovation policy, space development, and defense/security policy. Ph.D. in Policy Science (Doshisha University, 2023). Currently Lecturer at the Faculty of Global Management, The University of Nagano. Serves on the MOFA WPS National Action Plan Evaluation Committee and Nagano City Administrative Reform Council.

Co-Chair, Preparatory Committee for EvalYouth Japan
The committee was launched following the international workshop hosted by Niigata University on November 17, 2025, at which the co-chairs of EvalYouth Asia were invited. In collaboration with Kazuya Sugitani (Iwate Prefectural University) and Mao Sato (Hitotsubashi University), I am helping prepare the establishment of EvalYouth Japan, the Japanese chapter of EvalYouth, a global network of young and emerging evaluators affiliated with UN EvalPartners.
